I have no idea, I have nothing to do with CHS except that I mod it for my own pleasure [8D]. It depends if the good CHS folk deems it beneficial to game..it's no critical update [:)].

Probably not...at least not v1.06.

I put it in my own mod of the basic scenario 15. It seemed like a cool idea, and that's about the only design criterium I follow.[:D]
