trouble with World at War Tutorial - help!

I start the tutorial, hit the space bar when I'm told, and then it tells me to move 6 infantry units into the Netherlands. I do so, and then....nothing. There's a combat window that pops up but doesn't allow me to do anything. No further instructions are shown. The game isn't frozen per se, it's just that after I move the troops where I was told to there's nothing else to do! I can't figure it out. Someone please help....thanks
