WAW Game not working please help!!!

WAW Game not working please help!!!

Something has happened to my game and I don't know what? When I try to play the game I get the following error message.......Fatal can't load\dat\art.txt

what has happened??!!?? ....now its even more distrubing that I can't find my copy of the serial number for my game so having the disk isn't going to help if I wish to uninstall/reinstall.

Help!!

I think they're supposed to give you your serial number up to 30 days after the purchase. you're really going to need the serial number because the patches require it also.

anyway, you could try installing the demo version into a seperate folder and then copy that file over to your full installation.

I've gone to the "my games" listing, and it does show that I registered my WAW game, yet even though I've requested the numbers, I've haven't received anything yet. I don't know how long something like this takes.

Joel responded in your thread in the support forum that you can get the serial number from the registry.
