Mega Campaign cuts me off at hard pressed battle senario

Help!
Issues with Desert Fox Mega Campaign!
Every time I get to the Hard Pressed Battle (Agedabia Region) Senario, I make my selection on the orders screen for type of battle, then when I issue my orders in the chosen battle the game locks up.
So I restart the spwaw, select mega campaign, select the saved game and it loads, then when I push Continue button it loads a start turn screen from the regular spwaw game and lists me as Yugoslavia! (this screen will last about 1-2 secounds then the whole game crashes!)
I have played up this point 4 times!! and it does the same thing!
I had the 5.3 version of spwaw and upgraded to 6.1
and I have no other issues with the rest of spwaw game
Please help as I enjoy the Mega Campaign

Search discussions on this thread. That bug is really nuisance for many and fix to it can be found from those discussion. Why can't ppl view older threads before starting to ask thing wich is discussed billion times before? It's frustrating. And NO I can't help ya cuz I never got that problem.(period)

You just have to accept the fact that folks want to stick a CD and play the game...manuals? We don;t need to read no stinking manual! <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">
Send me an email adddress (its not in your profile Mac) and I'll send you a patch file to try.

You may have to start over , some folks have instaled in and carried on smartly, others have not.

I sent my email address to your matrix address last night as I would like to give the patch a try. I hope it is not bigger than a floppy in size as I need to transfer it to another computer.
Also what if I reload the game but do not load the 6.1 upgrade and leave the game at 5.3?
As I did not play the Mega Campaign before I upgraded the Mech.exe to 6.1 and the scenerios/campiagns never gave me a problem

I sent it - its under 1MB - but Hotmail does not allow much in the way of attachments so it may have ben stripped off. Do you have another email account that allows attachments?
