How to access support request reference no.

Here is the place to get and give support to your fellow gamers. This is NOT an official game support conference but a place for general tech support. All questions are welcomed, basic, advanced, software or hardware.

How to access support request reference no.

Hi,

My support request was answered and a reference number was sent via e-mail. I accessed my account but could not find any records with the reply from the helpdesk. I'm missing something here, what is it?

If you asked a question that was answered without the need for a reply, the email contains the answer and the notation that the request was closed.

If it got closed inadvertantly (sometimes i check the wrong box..) closed it send me the ref# and I can bring it back to life.

It helps to make your email avialable in your profile if you want me to be able to know who you are to check these sort of things...

The help desk email contained no information on the posted issue just a ref no. So I sent another request via the helpdesk with the ref no. Hopefully the message is still available.
