I guess I should have posted here first. I am getting this message when I try to run the game.

I just downloaded the latest drivers for my video card. I have also downloaded the 1.1 patch.
this is my spyboard.txt message

Driver 3dfx32v3.dll
Nom Carte 3dfx Voodoo3
Affichage W=800
Affichage H=600
Affichage F=23
Nbre Modes= 14
Modes[10]= 0
Modes[10]= 20
