Mystery of the missing army...

I'm playing as Spain and I have an army primarily made up of cavalry. This "Cavalry Army" has disappeared from the map. I can see it on the Military screen no problem. I use "+" to toggle through my troops and it never appears. I cannot see its location on the military screen, so I inspected every province I have looking for it to no avail. [&:]

Is there another way I might find my mystery army?

I went back through my autosaves, and discovered that the last known location of the mystery army was in my capital, New Castille, and that somewhere in that last 3 turns I played last night it magically became invisible.

Anyone else noticed this happening before?

Playing from that last save point, 2 turns later, the same army entered into an attack, and after that its icon dissapeared from the empty province it was in. I can't access the army again as well. This has to be a bug of some type, or I'm a total retard. LOL

Hold on Ctrl and right-click on the problem province to look for the lost unit in a pop-up.
