PacWar not working HELP!!!!

Can anyone advise.
I am trying to play pacwar on my new comp.
It is using XP and a new geforce3 card and all i am getting is the cedit screen and then it all goes blank (including my brain).
What am i missing/not doing right?

Just a suggestion
On XP it offers an emulation proceedure (Win95/98 etc. go into your control panel and I think you'll find what you need there- I cant remember the exact proceedure but I had to emulate Win95 for my PacWar to work. Good Luck!

Thankyou for replying, I'm very new to xp and can't seem to find any method of emmulating 95 or 98, any clues would be appreciated!

I found the compatability wizard and tried that with both 95 and 98 settings, didn't work.
Darn!!!!

Did you restart the computer directly after the emulation? I chose Win95 for mine and it didnt auto reboot- I had to go back and do it again then it changed the configuration files (I think) and the game then started normally... otherwise I'm lost-
Seems to be a lot of crashes/lockups with the GeForce cards here-maybe Matrix should jump in and look at it....
