On Line ODERING not working

Just to let you know your online ordering System is NOT WORKING......filled out all information and got to the very end where it asked me for my Log In and Password. Came up w/ there is no one registered with that name (could not find XXXX in our Data base). So I tried to reregister using the same name, but the same could not find XXXX in our Data base. I logged onto the Forum O.K. Also your order by Phone people could not do the order either. They said If I wanted to use a New name and log on they could get the order going.
Sorry but I want my original Name thank you very much............ I know this is a 3 day holiday weekend but this problem is going on day 3.

I hope this gets fixed because I really want my LGA-Austerlitz.

DID you try hitting the button next "if you want to order with out an account press here" ?

THe account only holds your address and credit card information so you don;t have to eneter it each time you order.

It also is a seperate application from the forum or help desk so you need to register seperatley with each of the three applications.
