WTF! Guerillas!

In a recent war, Spain surrendered to Sweden. I was at war with Spain, too. There were already 4 guerilla units operating in Germany proper. Immediately after Surrender to Sweden, every province from East Prussia to Kleves had a guerilla unit in it. WTF, are German citizens joining the Spanish Guerrillas, or do they just fly south faster than the Canada Goose?

During seaborne operations I also noticed a Spanish guerilla on British Korfu. Spain hasn't had fleets since the first year of the war, and now they get men onto an island...what's up with that?

When Spain surrendered to Sweden, all the guerrilas in Swedish held provinces were teleported out, and my guess is that's where the extra units came from.

As Spanish very I am surprised of the Spanish gerrilleros in the juice, since the guerrillas did not fight outside the national territory. They were ferocious soldiers and fanaticos who fought by his pais and their religion, they fought without giving nor requesting quarter, but never they acted outside the national borders.

I sure hope this gets changed. Maybe only in provinces adjacent to a "home" province?

Getting constantly swarmed by cossacks really sucks. LOL

I seem to notice Spanish Guerrillas and Russian Cossacks spawning outside their homelands - how else could I explain their constant appearance in France? These units should only spawn in their homelands - to have it otherwise is just absurd.

Whenever this issue is addressed I think its important that they not spawn in any territories outside the country's original borders. I've seen Spanish guerilla's forming in protectorates and conquered possesions all over the map. They reallly should be limited to the original national borders of Russia and Spain.
