from the modern design and the fireboat spraying in the background I'm guessing a british sub returning from the Falklands. Let me google a bit and I shall return.

The Churchill Class HMS Conqueror flying a jolly roger after sinking General Belgrano. The only nuclear submarine to ever fire torpedoes at a surface ship.

There were only 2 Valiant class, Valiant and Warspite. All 3 Churchill class names begin with C, Churchill, Courageous, Conqueror. Basic same hull as Valiant but internaly different. All Resolution class begin with R, Resolution, Repulse, Reknown, Revenge. All Swiftsure class names begin with S.
