Another problem dividing unit

The "Divide unit" button is vanished from the air (not ground) unit windows.

This is a PBEM game started under 1.0 and updated step by step to 1.6. Sorry if this is a known bug but a search engine did not found anythiung similar. This happen with air units that can be divided (like the image example). Indeed if I combine three subgroups in a full air unit, the "Divide unit" button does not appear!

It's not a bug.
It means that you and your opponent have reached the max number of divided air units allowed ( 27 or something like that).

It's not in the manual and I think it is 36 total between the two sides.
