Expansion

I statred witht the 1969 season,

when i reach 1977 season will i be able to have toronto and seattle join the league

before starting the 1970 and 71 season, i was never asked if i wanted to expand

i have the gold edition

ffp, allow me the use of a similar response in a previous, similar post...

I apologize for stating the obvious, but are you sure you checked the box allowing expansion? If I remember correctly, it's not active by default. Granted, it's an easy (perhaps "too easy") fix, but then again, whenever you call Tech Support, they always do say, "First, is your computer on?".
