I can't play (error)

I went through the process of upgrading my puresim to the new game. But I am getting an error when hitting play from the main screen. It is "Run time Error '429', Active X component can't create object". Help!!

Reboot and reinstall should help.

This is typically due to some windows component not being properly installed.
