different settings downloads?

The New Game dialog says that you can download settings files. . .where? I'd love to be able to mod the game's mechanics. . .so can we get those things up in Matrix's members area too, along with all the Mods and Add-ins?

The settings are fully editable by the end user, but there's no GUI and you have to go into the XML file and change values manually. It's like a big text file...

I know there's at least one or two modded XML files floating around out there, but I don't remember a centralized place where they were kept. Like most things, I think it was just something someone posted in the forum.
For a while, I was working on an XML file that would consistently generate 1980's ish stats for leagues that used only fictional players. It works pretty well, and given my knoweldege of how the XML works and the way Puresim does some things, it's the best I can do. If you're interested let me know and I'll pass it along to you.
