Upgrade help

Post by pbot »

Shaun...I purchased Puresim back in March but have since switched ISP's and no longer have access to the email address used when I originally purchased the game through esellerate. Is there a way to update my record, so that I can use the Matrix id converter?

Send a note to support@matrixgames.com, they will verify your order info and then update the email address on file accordingly.

Shaun,

I am also, having a heck of a time upgrading. I lost my order number and sent a email to the old elicense company and they told me it was a 2004 number? I know I had bought 2005 from your site. I have sent an email to matrix support with no response or help?Who should I contact to get my old order number to upgrade? Thanks.

Galaril,

All e-mails sent to support@matrixgames.com will be answered. We do have a few waiting from the weekend that we haven't gotten to yet which will be answered today as we catch up. The PureSim upgrade questions have significantly increased our normal support volume so things are taking a bit longer than usual.

E-mail changes require a manual change to the upgrade database after verifying customer info, which usually takes an additional 24 hours, at which point we e-mail back to ask the customer to try again. If you sent an e-mail to us earlier than Saturday and have not heard back, please re-send it as it's possible it never arrived or was missed.

Regards,

- Erik
