hmm,
a postwar airplane but no jet, mostly used over water. so i guess its a recon or asw navy airplane. the only 2 i know of that are in use at least in german navy are the Dornier DO 228 and the Bréguet Atlantic BR 1150, no clue about other navies.

so my question:
is it made by Dornier?
