yeah, could be the rear end of a breda BA 88. but u can also see a damaged propeller headed to the rear direction which is a little confusing. so its either another crashed plane or the bredas prop is bent backward in a quite strange way.

Is it an early version of the Caproni Campini reaction driven flight aircraft.

That could explain the visable propeller and engine.

Well yeah, but look at the size of the guy in the picture; the Caproni Campinis were quite small, weren't they?

From what I can tell from what information I have the CC N.1 & the CC.2 were as large and in some dimensions lager than the Breda BA.88 but about 1500 lbs lighter.

But that plane is neither, but if thats a pusher prop, could be CC.

That propeller doesn't look like it's attached to that airframe...

It does appear the engine is inside the fuselage, or through it.

Found some odd info on the Breda BA.88. After November 1940 the plane was considered a total failure, stripped of all useful part and position at scattered operational airfields as decoys against the RAF.

I think it's pretty clearly a BA.88. That bent propeller just seems to be lying there...

I agree with RB on this one. The engine is from some other plane I would guess since all the photos show the BR-20 with 3 bladed props.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
