Defect of KP after install of update 1.12

I just installed the patch 1.11 and 1.12 right after it. Now I do get an error message telling me that the file VORBISFILE.DLL cannot be found anymore. What shall I do?[:(]

Try a clean reinstall first and see if that resolves it.
