No replacements?

I'm France playing 1805 scen. It's MAR 1806 and not one of my units has received any replacements. Before the patches my units stationed in France would always recieve some replacements.

Are they in supply from a depot or are they foraging. You really only receive replacements if you are supplied from a depot (and this makes sense to me).

Was there a depot near which the troops you desired to be reinforced? And, did you ensure the same troops had supply orders?

Can anyone confirm me that, even if the army or corps has a supply order, the "forage" divisions in it are not going to be reinforced? And that, a "supply" division is yet qualified for reinforcements, despite in a "forage" army or corps?
