Can somebody tell me how i can buy trains for a scenario?

Hey Marder.

I believe only scenario designers can purchase trains during scenario design. They are located in the Norway OOB, if you set your date to December 1949. There is a bunch of other goodies available as well. You can a complete list in the "SPWaWSpecial Scenario Designer Units" PDF put together by RockinHarry in the SPWAW directory.
