Yeah, the F-84 has an old style canopy, not unlike a razorback P-47. Still, a pretty cool airplace (always loved it in Mig Alley).

Definitely a Thunderceptor. And yeah, that tall, thin vertical stabiliser DOES remind one of the F-105.
We are all dreams of the Giant Space Butterfly.
