Can't Disband TFs

noob question here - tried to find something in rules and in forums.....
I have TF's in Cooktown that I can't disband. They appear to be docked, but the disband button is greyed out. It's not the first time I've seen this - I had a couple of TFs at Christmas Is. I couldn't disband either.

What am I missing?

Great game bugs, warts and all. WW2 in real time - can't beat that!

this has happened to me before. just use the "Form New TF" and move all ships into a new TF. It should disband then.
