Do Kaiten or Midget Sub Devices work (test)?

I cannot get the report to paste to the screen for some reason, but yes, they do.

I modified 18 inch torpedoes and renamed them midgets.

I modified 24 inch torpedoes and renamed them Type 1 Kaiten.

If either works, the other should - and certainly one does.

For test purposes I allowed NO regular torpedoes or guns on the subs.

The midgets probably produce single hits that damage but do not sink.
The Kaiten might sink a small ship - in this case DD Ward.
