Resolution and screen fonts

I've only downloaded the demo, but the fonts are not clear on my screen at all, most screens I don't want to try to read. I run at 1280x1024.... is this the isssue?

While I am not sure if it is the issue, why not try reducing the resolution and seeing if it fixes it? I don't think I have that much trouble reading it, but I am jaded having played the game since the original version 1.0 and I know what every screen says pretty much.

It's definitely my screen. When I tried to take a screenshot of the poor font and pasted it into MSPaint the font looks great. [:D]

Since the game runs at 800x600 natively I'm at a loss to know how to fix it on my screen.

edit: never mind.... auto-adjust to the rescue.

What auto-adjust? Are you using an LCD screen and this is the option to adjust the screen resolution to the native one? Or can one change the game resolution and font size?

Yes, auto-adjust on an LCD screen to set the screen properly for the resolution sent.
