I'm looking for a map

Post by trajanus »

I have been trying to find a map that shows a progression of the japanese advance with dates that bases and islands were taken. All I can seem to find is and 'extent of japanese conqests' map...with no dates on when bases or islands fell.

My history on that is pretty shaky.

Anyone know where I can find a map that has that info?

Thanks. [:)]

Couple more.

Might not be exactly what you want, but there's this:

Also, while it doesn't show much graphically, this has many of the pertinent dates:

EDIT: I just remembered the book - "But not in Shame" by John Toland has a very good map, with dates, of early Japanese conquests.
