OB's for each nation

Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

Not having the game myself,is there anyway i can find outthe startting forces for each nation?

According to the EiA rule book, there are four campaigns.

The 1805-1807 Campaign

The 1812-1815 Campaign

The 1813-1815 Campaign

The Grand Campaign (1805-1815)

Which one are you interested in?

Titan, here is the info you requested:

Empires in Arms

Campaign Setup

The Grand Campaign

Austria: 75I, 7Gd, 15C, 7 depots, any desired corps and $33. Both insurrection corps begins at full strength but may not be set up on the map. The Tyrol corps will be used only under the conditions of 10.1.5. All leaders except SCHWARZENBERG are available at the start of the game.

France: 135I, 5Gd, 17C, any desired corps and fleets, 4 depots, 49 ships and $45. All leaders except EUGENE and JEROME are available at the start of the game. The French player also sets up Holland (the Holland corps and the Holland fleet with 4I, 1C, and 15 ships.

Great Britain: 19I, 1Gd, 4C, 2 depots, 100 ships, any desired corps and fleets and $25. NELSON is the only leader available at the start.

Prussia: 80I, 3Gd, 17C, 5 depots, any desired corps, $18 and 9 manpower. Only leaders BRUNSWICK and HOHENLOHE are available at the start of the game. The Prussian player also sets up Saxony (the Saxony corps with 8I, 2C).

Russia: 75I, 5Gd, 10C, 2Ck, 6 depots, 49 ships, any desired corps and fleets, and $37. All leaders except BARCLAY, TORMASSOV and WITTGENSTEIN are available at the start of the game. No more than one corps may commence the game based at Corfu (and no excess factors in garrison there).

Spain: 41I, 1G, 6C, 2 depots, 57 ships, any desired corps and fleets and $16. Only leaders BLAKE and CASTANOS are available at the start of the game.

Turkey: 35I, 7C, 2 depots, 22 Ships, any desired corps and fleets and $11. All feudal corps begin at full strength and may be set up on the map if desired. All leaders are available at the start of the game. The Turkish player also sets up Syria (the Syria corps with 5I and 6C).

Control: The major powers control their home nations plus those minor countries in the status indicated (free state or conquered) in the “1805” column of the MINOR COUNTRIES CHART on the Game Card.
