Patch Changes And Other Questions

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

Patch Changes And Other Questions

Post by Moriturus »

1. What are the patch changes in KP1.11 and KP 1.12? I've only been able to find the patch log for 1.10.

2. Is there an update patch for "Across The Dniepr"?

3. What is the copy protection problem that the special patch is supposed to address? (I can't find the thread the link references so I don't know what to watch out for.)

IIRC v1.11 fixed a couple of problems created by the v1.10 patch (i.e. strong points disappearing when playing the AI) and v1.12 allows you to play the game without the CD in the drive (i.e. game is now digital download ready:)

AtD is an expansion battle and uses the KP game engine (no need to patch AtD).

CD in the drive gave some players endless headaches. No longer an issue.
