What about not permitting (hard wiring/coding) that a group cannot move to a 'full' base, period ?

All kinds of things are possible for the future, but for now we are trying to finish up this patch, which has addressed a number of long-standing and stubborn bugs. If we have resolved these, I'll be delighted but I'd like to see a bit more info on that if possible rather than change requests at this point.

Regards,

Heavy bombers may now fire more of there guns than before. Done

Yeah indeed......[:(]

Now also incorperate a stacking limit for a MAX number of AC at a certain AF size.....

Question wild_willie2: how many aircraft do you think should be stationed on a base such as, say Tinian?

NO to stacking limits ... as it is the max amount of planes that can be put on bases don't match what really was placed on bases.

If you want limits make your house rules and leave the game alone for people like me who play the AI and don't want to have to deal with your non-historical ideas.

So far, I am extremely pleased with the new beta patch.
The sub "sighting" messages are now "shadow seen in the water", "possible sub seen at ...", "receiving radio messages from ...", "diving sub seen at ...", etc..
The owner of the planes is now not certain if the plane saw a sub, or not, and if so, the ID is definitely not a "sure identification" any longer..
I believe Matrix may have actually "fixed" more than what they have listed.
I will remain quiet on this "other thing", to see if anybody else notices it..............[;)]

I noticed the sub messages too. Started a new game with my OOB mod (finally, now that WPO is done). Noticed about 40 "sightings" off PH of shadows, radios, diving subs, suspected subs, etc. And I know there are no where near 40. Next turn I got about 6 sightings. So frankly (from a realistic standpoint) I have no idea how many actual subs are there. IMO very cool. Also love the new DC routine inspired by WPO. Makes both games far more realistic IMO.
