Today he strike Balikpapan with 100 4E bombers.70 Zero defended the base shooting down 30+ his heavies against 12 Zeros,but he destroy 40 of my precious fighter on the ground[:@].
He now lost his "cutting edge",he may use this bombers to attack my ground units in Jawa.Now he cant do that.
Within two weeks airfield in Batavia will be full of bombers to strike his airfields[;)].
I am really furious now,we dont take prisoners in Jawa.

Time has come,invasion fleet is one day away from Merak.Our brave paratroopers take base as scheduled.Airfields in Batavia and Mearak are closed now.Now he cant use these airfields to treat my invasion,he is now limited on 4E bombers from south of Jawa.Next few days will be very bloody if he decide to attack my invasion forces.
KB is in wonderfull condition and ready to repell his any attempt.In the case of bad weather he may try to attack with surface fleet,than my BBs and CAs come into action.I am pretty confident.I must take Batavia asap and put bombers there which is to be used to crush his AFs in south of Jawa.

STRATEGIC OBSERVATIONS

Its all about speed,if i manage to secure Jawa quickly than i will be able to raise my defences and take Noumea.If i get stuck in Jawa then i will be doomed,but i has one solution on mind.
He is probably fortifing Darwin which means that he will be able to treat DEI early.I am not concerned much about that,i am stick to my plan.If Noumea is taken till the end of this year,i will not loose.I play many PBEMs and i know how is hard for allied opponent to fight in this case.

LOL, you certainly have a healthy appraisal of your PBEM prowess[;)].

But I daresay that you'll never take Noumea if you don't manage to take it before June 1942. You've already experienced that KB is not immune to attacks when faced by lots of Allied aircraft. Noumea is a dangerous place for Japanese carriers if build up by the Allies (I know what I'm talking about, just look at the "Tsunami" AAR). Thus you're correct, it's time that matters now for you. Once you've taken Java, you should know were you stand.

But those 6 Kates (actual number probably subject to FOW?) that were destroyed during the attack on Bandoeng, did they come from KB? Not a good thing to waste elite IJN pilots in airfield attacks, IMHO.

When day is come KB lunch several strikes against his surface fleet,sinking,damaging countless ships,especially CAs.Also,my bettys and nells puts torpedoes in his ships just like when they practise back to Japan.[:D]
Ok,enough joking.Situation is critical,in Badoeng my reckons see 300 planes[X(],AF is 56 damage.
Tomorrow,all bombers are set to bombard Badoeng.I manage to put together 300 zeros for defend invasion spot.100 oscars to escort bombers,100 nates in Merak.Tommorow is critical day,if i manage to repel his upcoming attack Jawa is finished.If he manage to hurt KB,well i am finished.

AFTER ACTION REPORTS FOR 03/04/42

Today we continue our landings at Merak,already have 100+ troops ashore marching to Batavia.He try to engage my invasion fleet with his PT boat but fail and lose one PT.He move plains from Badoeng,probably to Soserbaya,anyway tomorrow are huge airstrike is ordered against his AF in Badoeng.He manage to reopen airfield there which means he wants airports that are close to my ships.
Thats support what i think before,he move his carrier aircrafts to Jawa,Becouse his devastators has a short legs.
I did good thing to invade northern tip of Jawa which is beyond his reach.
I made mistake today,i have squadron of bettys in Kuching from start of the game.They never flown any mission,just stood there,but today crazy commander of that unit sent them to death against allies shipping close to Soserbaya.Allied aircrafts kill them 20[:@].Commander are promptly executed.
In Burma i move to Moulmein,but my two divisions are not able to break his troops.He has 80k troops there.I must wait for reinforcements.
Today Attu is invaded,tomorrow will fall.
Baby KB takes fuel in Pacific and move to engage his shipping in the area,especially arround Canton which are closest to my underpowerd bases there.
Manila is still holding,allied troops are starving there,but they will fight to the end.

25th army is on Jawa and march towards Batavia,2800AP so far.After all attacks he manage to damage Shokaku(12sys)[:-].Well i will keep her in line for Jawa campaign,i am just overrun with sorrow when i see my best CV hurt.
Badoeng AF is closed again,tomorrow i will close Batavia just in case.Campaign started well and hardest job is done,however i must be on watch becouse my carriers is in very hostile waters,one hit from PT and he can ruin my day.

Attu is in Japanese hands,he left me 40000 supply there[:D].Emilys already take place in that for me very important island.

AFTER ACTION REPORTS FOR 03/6-7/42

Last night his surface combat group engage again in Merak.My BBs dont want to fight so he engaged my CV task force.I was eytremly lucky not to be hit[8D].I moved KB 180 miles east of Merak and that decision probably save my carriers next day[;)].
Next night begins with his PT attack in Merak,i left in Merak my BBs with escorts and move transports along with Carriers,no torpedo hit by him,one PT sunk[;)].
Day is come and he lunch attack against KB from Badoeng with 100 aircrafts(Dauntless!!)ecorting by wildcats.105 zeros waiting for them,only six SBDs break thru my zero cap and scores minor hit on Zuikaku(sys 5).Then he lunch second attack with remnants of first,they are all decimated[:D].
Becouse of my move i cut the distance from Soserbaya by one hex and catch his surface fleet with pants down,KB lunch several attack against his SF and sink 2 CA,one CL,badly damaging other ships[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D].

Campaign for Jawa going well till now,tommorow Batavia will be ours.My plan is protect Batavia AF at all costs.He probably want to shut sown that airfiels quickly,if i manage to make it open everything will be easy.
He bombard Merak with 100+ 4E bombers but troops already make to Batavia[8D].Badoeng is shut down permanently,i think.
KB stays at sea ready to enter Batavia when conquered.
Till now everything is going according to my plan.
Tommorow Thursday island will be attacked.
