Well I didn't think I was, especially as I said from the outset that I'd bought it myself. I was just raising a legitimate (IMHO) question as to why the pricing was as it was?

Nor did I mean any offence to anyone.

Cheers

No worries man. I just couldn't resist the parody though.

Hey the price is what it is. People just need to deal with it. Personally, I need to save some pennies, but I'm buying it as soon as I can.

Actually come to think of it I disagree, I play some of my best moves after a 'few' glasses of wine.

[:D]

Sometimes my opponents think they are my best moves too....

Roger

'a few' is defined as a number when I can no longer racall the exact number that have been drunk. Sometimes this coincied with most of my units doubling in icons on the map!

I'm interested but I want to see how it handles surface combat first.

I got an e-mail from him but the graphics weren't attached.

I sent him a mail asking about it but I haven't heard back yet.

Rumor Control: WPO is a stand-alone game, it does not require WitP and there is no rebate or discount. The price is US $44.99 (or equivalent) for the digital download version of WPO, for everyone.

I love my connection.. pay 45 EUR and the game is here in half an hour. No getting out to a store through the rain only to discover that the game isn't there, no waiting three weeks for the game to arrive in mail.

Yay for digital downloads! [8D]

If we want WitP keep getting patches we better start shelling out the dough for this baby. Although I hoped some kind of discount could've been offered too...

If we were in Germany, I'd make your bed, but since we are in Italy , you have to make mine.
It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?

Well, since neither of my PBEM opponents has seen fit to send me a turn (I think they're cowering since I've been beating the tar out of them), and I'm stuck all alone here at work, I made a spreadsheet of the Japanese fleet at the start of the 1922 campaign. If anyone wants it, sing out and I'll send it to you (unless you're Wolfie or tc464).

How's that for a run on sentence?[:D]

Ok, now I'm done with the air units at start (that didn't take any time at all). On to ground units....

Still no PBEM turn in. [:@]
