What about other areas in the game-such as, DEI,Oz, Pm and new britian? Is there a reason for the japs too take these if possible(vps) or for what ever reason. One of the reasons i ask. Is that the production has been changed(fine by me) so some of the reasons to land lets say in DEI, may not be needed now. I think! Not sure.[&:]

Look, I'm a big WitP fan with a (relatively) fat wallet, but I'm really ambivalent about this one. What's the setup, politically and (a)historically? I'm trying to decide whether to buy it or not.

That was actually one of the thorny issues that came up during one of the beta cycles: what to do about the British?

It would have been easy to transport the entire British army in Burma, India and Malaya to the Philippines and squash the Japanese. Nowadays, it is *sort of* possible, but due to the very high disablement rate, the units won't be effective AT ALL.

With the Punjab disturbances only a recent memory (1919), it's unlikely that the British would leave India undefended. Perhaps there should be a mechanism that requires the British to maintain a minimum number of troops in the colonies ... all for the sake of historical accuracy, mind you
