unable to download

I have been trying to download for 2 days now. I am using a download manager it got to 2.2% then dropped out and refused to connect for abot 24hrs restarted ran for about 1hour got to 8.9% then dropped out again still wont reconnect. Have tried using a different manager program still wont connect

Well it started to download at 1700 local time did 3% in about 1hr then kicked me out again. What is this some kind of time share at this rate it'll take me about 4 weeks to download the game

Trojan,

Sorry to hear about the troubles you are experiencing, these are far from normal. Let me ask you a few questions to narrow things down:

1. Have you bought other download titles from us? Did those download without a problem? If so, has anything changed with your internet connection/provider since your last download or with the software on your computer?
2. What kind of internet connection do you have? Who is the provider?
3. Do you run a firewall? If so, which one?
4. Which download managers have you tried? Have you tried without a download manager?

I have a worse problem than downloading. I can't even buy the game. I will paste here my email to you and the auto reply that doesn't help. Please note I wasn't able to send the email without selecting one of the tax options, but I really don't care about the tax. I have deleted the account numbers.


And, no, sorry, I don't have credit cards.

Can you tell me how to get to the payment option I used with WITP (bank transfer via the collection agent in Sydney) on the current order screens? Is it still possible?[/font]

G'Day Eric, just bought and downloaded it fine so I'll send a copy of the download to Trojan (who is a mate of mine).
