3x3 PBEM game

Ok, Croatian team dares to challenge the rest of the world!

1. pfnognoff (PI, China)
2. hawker (Malaya, DEI)
3. pauk (Burma, Pacific and Tojo [:D])

We are looking for dedicated and experienced players.

We are still in initial negotiations, so can't post details (house rules) right now. Anyway here is some of them:

#1. one port attack on turn one (our choice PH, Sing, Manila)
#2. no creation allied TF on turn 1
#3. only PTs in TF (no DDs or other ships!); however, the Allies is allowed to do it in their yard - a far away from war area
#4. Allies are suprised on turn one (except the China)
#5. no intentional creating of "naval coast guard" ... lone PGs, MSWs, AKs etc and placing them as early warning system (better than radar!) for both sides
#6. no moving units from Kwantung before PPs are spent!
#7. no teleprot invasions for Japs on turn one (this could be discussed and agreed for some more limitations - example: only historical landings are allowed on turn one, other landings in northern Borneo, Malaya, and Philippines can occur on turn 2)

EDIT: #8... LIMITING THE NIGHT BOMBING... (example: one ac group is allowed to do night attack per turn, can agree on max number of ac allowed to night attack per turn)

These are my propositions and pfnognoff & hawker can propose it. To our esteemed future opponents, please feel free to propose your rules. It better to have 20 house rules at start but having them 2 or 3 and then have misunderstandings...

Standard game, scen 15... standard rules... but not yet sure playing with PDU or not....

I'm still waiting for the new patch to start another 3x3 pbem game....
.....but if we manage to get a Italy vs Croatia game i'll surely jump into it...even in allied pants[:D]

ok, no need to rush there. I would like to start a new game after Christmas, hope that official patch will be relased by then. I've posted challenge because we want to find formidable opponents (but not too good, we want to win - so Allied Banzai General Hoepner is certantly welcomed when he is in the Allied boots[;)])

We are democratic bunch of guys and although I'm Tojo generously let other guys to decide what they want to play[:)]. So I took what's left[8|]...

Anyway, i'm already warned my generals that I'm going to take all the glory for any success and lay blame upon them for every fiasco[;)][:D]

i'm afraid that the answer is no: two of us don't have AB map. We are considering Subchasers map.

Of course GH with the British forces is a bit less dangerous for the Allies [;)]
As long as he'd promise not to bring them to Australia or DEI [:D]

Btw, i have some spare time right now (during the winter) after that i doubt i will be in such position (but can always send a turn in a day or two).

Anyway, it would be nice to have such formidable oppponents...

(common guys, everyone here in the forum knows that European players are the best[:D])

Most honorable Tojo, please control yourself and in future postings only use words like decisive victory, glory to the Empire, Banzai and occasional geisha in proper context [:)]

I think there is no word in Japanese we can use to translate scared...

And let me correct u further, since there is a mistake in the posted list of responsibilities. I'll be also in command of Kwantung Area [:'(]

About the home rule 8, my own home rule is to limit night bombing to one squadron (not group) per home base. Nightfighters may be used at will. For manpowere attacks there is no limitation, all available bombers may be used.

I will add one more home rule about the Soviets: Japan will activate them ASAP, so they may move and prepare defence. They will remain on the defensive, of course, and can't invade or bomb Japanese territory. On the other hand, Kwantung Army should remain above 8000 ASS points.

I want to command the Soviet in this game (as part of my command). I will appreciate any action here, I lost a Russia test vs moses but had learned since... Will be glad to go give some help to Comrade Mao.

By the way I propose another home rule: if Soviet is activated, only Allied air units which pay PP to be transfered to Soviet command may go there. Soviet were very reluctant to have foreign units in their bases. It was possible but not on a large scale, so I think the PP cost may simulate this.

Great! I did not control you guys for two days and look what i found! My generals already have "victory disease"[:D]

BTW did you find the third player? (i would prefer Italian or some other player from Roman countires. No special reason for that except that i would entitle AAR "Croatia(proud nation) against (evil) Roman Empire)[:D])
