Torpedo resupply

Sorry for this Noob question but how do fleets re-supply their torpedos? Being used to UV any port of size 5 plus would automatically resupply ships but it appears not to be the case in WPO.

You need a port of size 8+ with sufficient supplies or an AD and sufficient supplies...

Thanks...does that mean no reloads for IJN ships in the Jutland scenario?

Hmm, I can increase Manila to a size 8 port. You just have to build it up a bit for about a week or so, but I can increase it to allow torpedo resupply.

No big deal....but as the IJN is outnumbered in the scenario it would be nice if they could use their torpedo superiority for more than one engagemeny[&o]

How long would it take to build up Manila from size 6 to 8? Longer than two months surely?

Depends on how many base forces there. 2 or three might be able to do it in a few weeks. Still, Ill go ahead and upgrade it, give each side 1 size 8 port.
