Scenario Editor

Post by rdd10 »

Started playing again after a year hiatus. Tried to use the Scenario Editor and keep getting the message, "This slot not available for new scenarios". Sooo...how...and where do you save your changes?

Glad to see that this game is still alive. Is there anything out there better?

From an old wargamer that started with SSI's Carriers At War and fell into Tom Clancy's Harpoon trap.

You can't save to a slot which is occuppied by a stock game. IIRC you need to go down to atleast two or three of empty slots from the last stock scenerio to save any changes you made. I did it a couple of times before I switched to WitP.

Slots 1-20 are reserved for official scenarios.

Thanks for the info, guys, but I swallowed the bait and swithched to WitP. I guess you could say that Matrix won, but the game is quite an improvement for an old wargamer.
