What do you think

When I start my first game as the Japs this is a few of the things I will do if you have any tips for me please let me know.

Cancelled construction.

Shinano-CV
Agano class CL's
Oyoda-CL
Ibuki-CVL
All RO class subs not yet commisioned
All HA class subs

I will however finish construction on all I-boats.
my RO-boats will all be sent to the Marshalls and Kurile islands and operate out of those ares at least those in service at the opening of hostilities.
I want to cancel the aganos just for the fact they served no significance in real life.
I am going to use my CL's like the Japs did in real life as destroyer leaders I will use them in fast surface TF's with 8 DD's for each CL. will probably have to break them for escort duty every so often.

I put my RO class boats either in the Indian Ocean or base them out of Rabaul. They don't have much range, so these forward bases work well for them.

I like those CL. They are nice ships and a heck of a lot newer then those old CL (like Nagara). Believe they have radar too but am not sure on that...

I have this thing about the Japanese Navy and history. I want to build everything. With that in mind, I shut off the Shinano initially as well as the CVEs without aircraft as soon as they start costing points. I increase my naval and merchant shipbuilding points. In the first couple of months of the war, I don't have enough points, but as ships start to come out the pipeline, I can start to accelerate ships. I accelerate DDs and CVs (when possible).

Oh yeah, I convert some AKs at the beginning of the war and accelerate some of them immediately.
