Port Arthur Garrison

Why is that? Seems them to be static. How these guys suppose to get to their place of service?

I just check the other incoming LCUs and only found two other units (Soviet BFs) that arrive with static devices.
Each of those appear in a Soviet base as that's base BF. (I think[;)])

Fixed, PA Garrison is now in PA. I think what happened is I had it in PA, then moved it for some reason, and then I dunno....
