Looking for full 22 or 26 scen as either allies or japan

I would like to try another scenario with a player for japan or allies.
Someone in it for the long haul.

I'd like the game to be with sub doctrines off
and japan vs the US ONLY until/if japan attacks another power.

The japanese will remove the garrison from shanghai.
