Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

which supply wagons are mine?

On the detailed battle board, how do you know which supply wagons are yours before anybody moves?

If I toggle the affiliation I see what number of supplies they have, but I'm not sure they are mine or the enemy's. Help.

If you look at the icon, the colour of the blanket on the horse's back is in the controlling nation's colour. Also, you only have line of sight from your own units.

or put the mouse icon on wagon and clicke right button

if it is in range of one of your units, see if the cross hairs come up, if so, it is a bad guy, if not, it is either not in range or it is one of yours !!!!
