On note on y'all activiting the Russians early -

If you do this, the garrison requirement goes away. There's nothing stopping the IJA player from moving his Manchuko Divs into China, even tho there is no "declared war" on Russia. This can be circumvented by simply saything that Wang-Chung Divs must remain in Manchuria (even after Russia is activated).

But just something for y'all to consider.

At least Japanese players can start with 1st turn.

I am leaving now for Prague and I will be back on 31st. It would be ideal if Przemek and Nicola could make their part of turns first and I will do my part on 31st/1st so we can send it to Allied players.

I am sending 1.73 beta to my coplayers.

Unfortunately I don't think my allied partners will be ready yet. I think the New Year is more likely but we will see if they respond to this. Are we going to go for 1.6 or 1.73?

10/ Russia will be activated on 1st turn, Allies can redeploy Russian units within Russian borders, air units will stay on training, no other action will be taken unless Japan declares war against Russia

13/ No 4Es attacks from AF <5

14/ Night bombing allowed only for City attack and Naval attack

15/ Japan will not upgrade DBs (Sonia, Marys, Anns) to LBs.

Guys,

this is meant meant aerial attack.

I am commanding southern area.
I will need to make some pre-landing naval bombardmetns and we all know that almost in every small port there is some AK, AP or TK. May happen that my guys will hit some of those accidently [:D]

I wont go to places where the Allied ships are located (houston, boise on PI, DD at Tarakan aso.)

GH is MIA for us for several days, I hope he will be back soon (no show, no call [&:] )

Yes I am going to have a second install for the 3v3 game. You can only be on one version at a time. But I am happy to play our game on either 1.6 or 1.73 as I will then have both [:)]
