Need help with the Soviet Air OOB

I'm looking for ANY info on the Soviet air OOB in the FAR east on Dec 7, 1941. Specifically the units of the Pacific Naval Air Flotilla. My main motivation is learning about the MTARs (Mine/Torpedo Air Regiments) and their use if the IL-4T/DB-3T

Does anyone have a link to an English website that might provide that kind of snapshot of the Soviets?
