Lost Serial

I can't seem to find my serial number. I have e-mailed Matrix support about it but they are being rather slow. They keep asking me for the same info over and over again. I have everything to prove I did purchase the game in March. The order number, credit card number, name and address. They keep telling me I can find the serial number at www.findmyorder.com but I log in and dont see it anywhere. I see tracking number (which I input anyways to no avail) and thats pretty much it. Anyone else have this problem?

I have not had this problem, but by any chance did you register the serial number with Matrix when you first installed the game? If so you can log into members section and retrive it.

If not, once you get your number, be sure to register your game in the members section, and it will always be there for you.

Normally, going to www.findmyorder.com and entering your order info will allow you to look over all your orders and retrieve serial numbers as well as re-download if necessary.

thanks Erik but I have been that route. I dont remember which email or credit card combination I used. None of them are working. Grrr. This serial number thing every time you add an patch is a little annoying. Once my copy is validated the first time, shouldn't it not check for a serial? man....

If you can't resolve the serial number issue by Erik's means there is another way to locate it if the original game is still installed.
