TeamSpeak & SPWAW

Post by Tyrson »

I thought that if we used a communal room that it would be easier to set-up games on-line and PBEM.
The idea being that we check the TS room to see if anyone is on.
Alot of times I will open the room while I'm playing a solo game just incase someone wants to play. Once we're set up anyone can create the channel. This wont take away from the forums, it just might make some games easier. We'll still need the "hard copy" of the forums for all the other comm. that being said here goes

So here goes this is the link to the download

http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=downloads

First you want the Client version, click on that version and what you want to do is OPEN it do not save it , it is safe and self directing. Once that is done click on the desk top icon, At the top of the window that opens, go to connection, click that, another window will open with server on the left hand side, right click that, left click add server on that little box that pops up. now give that server a name the name does not matter any one will do.
Once you do that another window will open starting at the top right hand side
label this is were you put the server name you gave it
Server Address put this number there 213.202.254.117:10060 (with all the dots & semicolon)
Nickname give yourself a name
check mark the box Allow Server to assign nickname
Click Anonymous
Boom your done just click connect at the bottom and that will get you to the lobby as it were just scroll down the list till you get to "War Room" the password is 1234.

P.S. as this is a free public server it sometimes goes down for a bit but not for to long. Ahh the price of free...lol

I installed TeamSpeak but can't/don't want to speak.

You better get ICQ. Mine ICQ #=35-781-326

I'm online evry day after 7 est or 8 est weekends.

Only if i didnt play for a long time i do 1 vs 1 rather play 3 or 4 ways.

I find ICQ better too.

For speach during the game I have used Roger Wilco with good results.
They struggled with a ferocity that was to be expected of brave men fighting with forlorn hope against an enemy who had the advantage of position......knowing that courage was the one thing that would save them.
