Newbie wants Japanese opponent for PBEM game

Newbie wants a standard scenario 17 PBEM game for the whole war. One turn per day. I would prefer to play allies due to my inexperience. Would prefer a relatively inexperienced opponent so we can both learn together and have an even game.

sorry I meant scenario 15 version 1.6 no mods.
