Looking for Japanese Opponent

I've tried this a couple of times and the opponents have disappeared. Anyone willing to make a go of it? Hopefully till it's a given, which is more than the previous opponents. Just someone that will stay with it. Even 19 if that what makes you go for it. And best if you are -20 of GMT, I'm Midwest USA (-6 GMT), so 1 turn a day works best. Does that sound right? Maybe my timing is off, let me know. I just want to play 1 turn a day and test my ability to defeat the Japanese. I will need to know your current program update and specifics, it's been awhile. But I would like a good game for those that are willing...

I would try the IJN at 19.....
To quote from Evans/Peattie`s {Kaigun}

political and strategic mistakes live forever". The authors were refering to Japan but the same could be said of the US misadventure in Iraq
