It could be Argentina, Egypt, Iran, India ?

I've checked about every country that could have produced a ship like that and nothing.

The 3 gun mounts up front seams odd, unless it was produced or refitted as a AA platform, it also has a gun director fore and aft.

But it does resemble a 1936A German Z-class, somewhat.

Spanish cruiser Mendez Nuñez...

Commissioned in 1923, 6,000 tons, 29 knots, 8 single 6in/50 guns, 18 20mm and 37mm AA, 6 21in torpedo tubes.

Very good Heir Teminus, I had gone through all of Spain's Cruisers[:(] missed that class somehow, kudos[:)]

The main battery constellation is very distinctive. 3 single forward, 3 single to the rear, and 2 single to the sides.

Terminus has it. Mendez Nuñez it is.

According to picture source the armament consisted of:

Six 6in (6x1), 4 47mm, 4 MGs, 12 21" torpedo tubes (4x3) as built.

Eight 4.7in (8x1), 8 37mm (4x2), 8 20mm (2x4), 6 21" torpedo tubes (2x3) in picture.
