Cannot find tutorial

I bought the game knowing that it was for advanced gamers, but just how advanced? Sheesh.

According to the manual a tutorial was installed on the hardrive during installation of the main game.

Look as I have done, I cannot find this tutorial anywhere. Could some kind soul point me in the right direction.
