OKW - OKH and supply

Post by agors »

Dear friends of full supply,

using ALT-H I can change the relations between staffs in the game. This works also with the OKH and the 7.(FIN) Army which are without High Command at first. What happens to their supply if I relate the OKH to OKW and the finnish army to Army Group North? Would you do so?

Thanks in advance,
Andreas

What for? I don't see the point of doing that except if you want to change the chain of command. As far as supply is concerned, it won't affect the game at all.

Thanks. This answers my question. There are no consequences.
But what happens to e.g. 100 Panthers? Do they go from OKH to Army Group to Army to Corps like a cascade? Who controls it?

If you are reffering do reinforcements during a ballte, my understanding of the game mechanics is that units are sent from an HQ to its immediate child corps if the latter is involved in a battle.

Just a quick question will answer yours. From a german perspective, did you ever notice any division/battalions moving out of OKH, OKW, Army Group North, South or Center to reinforce Front HQs in any game? (the good answer is no! [:D])
