What about the 40% CAP rule?, we keep it, or increase to 65% in order to compensate for NIK mod properties ??

NiK seaid it could be 90% and still the bombers will get thrug lets say 70%

You shouldn't need to house rule CAP %'s now, particularily for 2E+ bombers.....unless their morale is low, they will almost always get through. No more particle shields unless its alot of fighters and only a few bombers. Even in my er....setback with Bombur....my bombers got through. (they were just too tired and too disrupted to hit anything!!!)
